Abstract
Political parties tend to be seen as only communal entities in the studies when they consist of individuals too; including in European schools. Therefore rule of law needs to be synchronised with the individual behaviours. That is the function of stability, behavioural routinisiation, and streams of interactions in Party Institutionalisation (PI) and Party System Institutionalisation (PSI) as part of freedom and democracy. None of the entities has rights to force the laws and vice versa. None of the entities has rights to disobey the laws once it's agreed without Corruption, Collusion, Cartelisation-clientelism, and Nepotism (C4N). It seems to be inevitable yet to research the flow of formulation, implementation, monitoring, until the evaluation including the cycle of is interesting.

II. Case Studies

III. Kindness as Magic

What is blackmagic? Many interpretations for that and as other concepts it's also very contextual. Nonetheless, one thing I know: it's the opposite of the kindness as magic.
IV. The Current Practices
This chapter will explain the leaps. The current practices clearly cover mistakes with mistakes. One company is closed then the C4N actors will build other companies to continue their C4Ns.

Disasters like floods are the consequences of C4N because the funds you get are not used as planned. Had it been used at least proportionally there will be no poor; the soil and the forests will be still there to hold the water. There will not be too many concretes. When you use blackmagic to get what you want then God-Allah doubles you the punishment; because you are asking others to help you, not God-Allah Himself.
